Paddy O'Quigley's was founded by Tom Intfen with family and friends from Atchison,KS and the KC area in 1990. Quigley is the maiden name of Tom's mothers mother, the 'O' was added for a bit of flare. Other proprietors include Tom's sister Judy Intfen and Drew Mullen.
